Our Role:

The company provided the complete design, project management, procurement, cost management and site management for the whole project scope.

Challenges & Collaboration:

The site sits within a seismic zone and therefore all construction, installation and racking calculations required design within EN 1998-1 (2004): Eurocode 8.

This region was a new market for the company and procurement required finding suitable contractors and material suppliers compliant with NFPA and the client standards. Most goods are imported to Cyprus so shipping too needed to be strategically programmed. Installation of an ESFR high-hazard sprinkler system in a storage environment was additionally a country first.

Commitment to Sustainability and the Environment:

The company deliver design solutions based on the cornerstone of sustainability, environmental integrity, economic viability and socialwell-being.
